By now, PC gamers will be familiar with Thomas the Tank Engine invading games courtesy of mods. The children’s favourite has appeared in the likes of Resident Evil, Skyrim, Fallout 4 and much more. At this stage, it’s customary to download a Thomas the Tank Engine mod.
The latest mod in question is a work-in-progress, which probably explains why there are currently now ‘choo-choo’ or ‘clackity-clank’ sound effects. So, no doubt, the mod will be improved over time.
During the opening moments of Elden Ring, we are welcomed by the oversized chunk of a knight, officially known as the Tree Sentinel. This optional boss is one of the first major encounters in the game and if you approach him giving it the biggen, he’ll smack you down in no time.
It’s always advised to level up and come back later in the game to finally bring down the Tree Sentinel a peg or two. That being said, his appearance can be made a little less daunting seeing saddled to Thomas the Tank. Don’t get me wrong, he’ll still smack you down, but at least you can mock him at his expense.

Though to be fair, you can also replace your stead known as Torrent with Thomas the Tank, so perhaps the Tree Sentinel is also having a laugh at your expense? The “Tree Sentinel Thomas Mod” is available to download via Nexus Mods right now.
