Sony has announced your PlayStation Now games for December 2021 and it includes a couple of fan-favourite classics.
As of yesterday, PlayStation Now subscribers will be able to play GTA 3: The Definitive Edition, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster, John Wick Hex and Splitlings.
GTA 3: The Definitive Edition
GTA 3: The Definitive Edition is a remaster of the 2001 classic that was released for the PlayStation 2. Remastered visuals, improved performance, gameplay, load times and more.
Bugs aside, this is probably the best way to play this beloved classic. However, as with the GTA: Definitive Edition – The Trilogy, fixes are still needed.
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is the second beloved classic included in PS Now this December. Though it’s probably fair to say that right now, this will be the best performing.
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster includes two classic Square Enix RPGs that take you to the gorgeous world of Spira and it’s up to you to save the day with your best friends.
John Wick Hex
John Wick Hex is inspired by the cult movies starring the one and only Keanu Reeves. This is a fun, strategic time-based action game that will require you to think two steps ahead of your enemies in order to survive.
Spitlings
Spitlings is a charming indie game and is described as a “chaotic action arcade game for one to four players.” Furthermore, in Splitlings: “your goal is simple, but hard to achieve: Get rid of all the bubbles bouncing around the screen! Enjoy local or online co-op multiplayer and customise your game mode in Arcade and get spitting!”
However, as with some games included in the PlayStation Now library, not all will be available forever.
GTA 3: The Definitive Edition will only be sticking around until January 31st, 2022. So, if you wanted to finish this game before it’s gone, you better jump into Liberty City sooner rather than later.
