Sometimes its fun to go back.

Xbox Adds New Backwards Compatible Titles, Here They Are

During last night’s Xbox 20th anniversary celebrations, a whopping 76 games were added to the backwards compatible list.

The anniversary celebrations looked back at the rich history of the Xbox brand, from the OG 2001 console to the Xbox 360, the Xbox One all the way to modern-day consoles. It really was a nostalgia-fest of gaming goodness.

Nothing gets gamers feeling more nostalgic than being able to look back on the happy memories of yesteryear. Microsoft knows this and that’s why they introduced backwards compatibility with Xbox One. A trend that has continued into the Xbox Series X|S era.

We’ve heard rumours that Microsoft will be adding more titles to the ever-growing backwards compatibility list. However, I don’t think many of us could have predicted that we’d get as many as this. Included in the 76 titles is the Max Payne trilogy, the F.E.A.R series, three Dead or Alive games, various Star Wars titles and much more.
