Here is what’s coming to PlayStation Now this January 2022. We have a mix of AAA big hitters as well as some indie darlings.
From today (January 4th), PlayStation Now subscribers will be treated to five new games. From the brutal Mortal Kombat 11, a remastered Final Fantasy classic to sending an alien race into space. This month, PlayStation Now has a little something for everyone.
what’s coming to PS Now this month?
Mortal Kombat 11: Sadly, this isn’t Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate which includes all previously released DLC. Following on from 2015’s Mortal Kombat X, the 11th instalment of this iconic fighting franchise is among its absolute best.
Mortal Kombat 11 not only features a compelling story campaign, but also the returning Tower modes, as well as the Krypt, and much more.
Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age: This is a remaster of the popular Square Enix single player RPG from 2006. In this epic RPG adventure, you are caught in the middle of a raging war within the world of Ivalice.
The survival of the kingdom relies on the shoulders of Princess Ashe who joins the resistance and Van, a man that tragically lost his family in the war. Two lives of polar opposites with one common cause, to end the war once and for all.
Indie darlings, you say?
Fury Unleashed: Is a high-octane, roguelike shooter that can be played solo or co-op, either locally or online. Fight your way through hordes of enemies, upgrade your arsenal and acquire new skills for your hero. In Fury Unleashed, your creator has lost faith and it’s up to your to rekindle that spark.
Unturned: This is an open-world sandbox game infested with the undead. It’s up to you, perhaps with the help of friends to scavenge, craft and survive the post-apocalyptic world. Play solo or with up to 24 other players with dedicated servers.
Kerbal Space Program – Enhanced Edition: Your mission in the Kerbal Space Program is simple. Build a rocket and spend your alien Kerbal crew into space. However, nothing is quite as simple as it seems. That being said, we’re sure you’ll have a blast with Kerbal Space Program: Enhanced Edition this month.
