Exchange Booth: How to get holowear from old Battle Passes

Season 9 of Pokemon Unite is underway, and, as expected, the new Battle Pass has introduced a variety of delightful rewards. The update has included a curious new feature that hasn’t appeared in any other Season so far. Introducing the Exchange Booth.

If you purchase the Battle Pass, you can unlock a number of goodies, including the star of the show – the adorable Band Style: Pikachu Holowear.

What is The Exchange Booth?

The Exchange Booth can be accessed by tapping the button on mobile, or pressing ZR on Nintendo Switch. Once opened, Trainers will be able to see historic fashion and Holowear for sale, as well as many useful items. However, they won’t be able to trade their hard earned coins or gems. This Battle Pass has introduced a new currency for players – Battle Pass Special Tickets.

To earn Battle Pass Special Tickets, Trainers will first need to buy the Season 9 Battle Pass. By working through the tasks and earning points, they will be able to unlock 8 Battle Pass Special Tickets at levels 7, 12, 18, 24, 36, 42, 48, 54 and 58. These tickets can then be exchanged for these special goodies!

If Trainers manage to reach level 60, they will earn a total of 80 Battle Pass Special Tickets per battle pass. However, the two historic Battle Pass Holowear skins – Captain Style Cinderace from the Season 1 Battle Pass and Space Style Gengar from the Season 2 Battle Pass both require 120 Battle Pass Special Tickets. To obtain these, Players would have to fully complete two Battle Passes. Therefore, it would make sense for these tickets to stay in your inventory after the Season concludes. However, this has not yet been confirmed by official sources.

If players are desperate for one of these skins, they may have to grind out the prizes from the battle pass prize boxes. This is only accessible after the player has reached Level 60 in the Season 9 Battle Pass. There’s a 40% chance of receiving 2 Battle Pass Special Tickets per unboxing, and the odds decrease as the tickets increase.
