Forza Horizon 5 Is Available To Pre-Load, But It’s Huge

Forza Horizon 5 is here for pre-load – but it takes up a massive 103GB of memory on Xbox Series X and PC.

If you’ve been looking forward to playing the new Forza games, you will be excited about the latest instalment coming to pre-load. And frankly – thank goodness. The huge size of the game makes pre-load necessary!

It’s been three years since the release of Forza Horizon 4. The developer, Playground Games, has been teasing some exciting details, and now we’re in the final countdown. If you’re hyped, you can book pre-load now – you can see the announcement on the game’s Twitter account here:

As reported by TheGamer, the huge amount of memory required makes sense given the vast amount of stuff in Forza Horizon 5. The map is 1.5 bigger than the last game. There are over 400 vehicles – and as we’ve previously reported, you will be able to zoom in and examine the cars in detail:

“Forzavista, our car exploration mode, encourages you to get up close and discover the unique characteristics and intricate components of vehicles in exquisite detail.”

On top of all this, there’s a feature called ‘EventLab’ where players can design their own track. So maybe it’s worth clearing space in your memory for this whopping game.
