PlayStation Plus: Next Month’s Games Have Been Leaked

It appears that next month’s PlayStation Plus games have leaked, giving us a chance to see what games Plus members will be able to claim in April.

The leak comes from Dealabs, which has been a reliable source in many previous PlayStation Plus leaks. While this might imply the leaks to be correct, we do stress to please take this as speculation until officially confirmed by Sony.

PLAYSTATION PLUS APRIL 2022 GAMES

The games that are allegedly included in PlayStation Plus April 2022 include Hood: Outlaws & Legends, a multiplayer action game where rival gangs compete against each other in PvPvE scenarios, and Slay the Spire, a deckbuilder that fuses card games and roguelikes into one.

Also included next month will be SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle For Bikini Bottom Rehydrated, a remake of the popular platformer based on the cartoon. This is an ideal one for SpongeBob fans, but general platformer players should find something to enjoy here too.

Out of these, the best game I’d recommend is Slay the Spire. It’s a great game that encourages trial and error, but also has enough flow to appeal to casual deckbuilder players. I’m also a massive fan of SpongeBob, so Rehydrated is another game more people should get their hands on.

Going by past reveals, we should have April’s PlayStation Plus games confirmed by tomorrow afternoon (4.30PM UK time). Then they should be available to download next Tuesday (5th April).
